Our goal is not to let expense prevent you from benefiting
from the quality of care you desire and need.
The following policy
has been adapted to allow our patients to have their necessary
dental work completed with a couple different options for payment:

Cash, check, debit
card, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
- For balances
under $100 we ask payment in full the day of service.
- For balances
over $100 we allow you to pay ½ the day of service and post date a
check for the remaining balance.
- For balances
over $200 we allow you to postdate 4 checks with first check to be
dated the day of service.
- For balances
over $1000 we offer a 5% discount for payment in full the day of
service.
- We also accept financing through Unicorn Financial.

As a courtesy to
our patients, we file your insurance for you; however, you will be
asked to pay your "estimated" portion the day services are rendered.
The exception being that for major procedures we ask that you post
date a check for the remaining balance dated 90 days from date of
service. After 90 days if your insurance has not paid we will then
deposit your check. If your insurance has paid we will then return
your check to you.
Please
understand that you, the patient, are responsible for "ALL" fees
regardless of insurance coverage.
